ABOUT ME

Choosing a counsellor may seem daunting.
What sets one apart from the other and how will you know to make the right choice?
You may already feel overwhelmed with what brings you to this place?

I work as an Integrative Therapist focussing on your goals and aspirations. This means that we can draw on several counselling approaches to bring about the change you seek.

As I see each of my clients as unique, my approach enables your therapy to be tailored to best suit your needs.
Research shows that people need to find hope and a secure relationship to be able to move forward.
My wide experience, working with young people (from 11 years) through to older adults in multiple counselling agencies and my own private practice, has equipped me to work with you in this supportive and safe environment.
My expertise from many years of training and my qualifications assure you of my professional competence.
I have a 1st Class Honours degree in Counselling and I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), working at all times within their ethical framework.
I am committed to Continuing Professional Development and regular supervision, which ensures quality and excellence in my work.
